Step 1. Start small. Work with bottles, cans, etc. outdoors first. Make sure that the space behind them is wide open to teach you some perspective.
Step2. Practice often to get your dominant hand up to speed so that the action becomes second nature and unforced.
Step3. When you feel you are ready, mount your horse, mosey into town, find the local watering hole and "accidentally" spill your whiskey on one of the hombres at the bar. Call him out into the middle of town at high noon.
